We Travel

On-site training at your workplace saves time and money. Our professional instructors will engage your team with convenient classes. There’s a traveling fee of $100+ for locations outside the greater Seattle area. Virtual class options have maximum flexibility and no additional traveling fees.

Make-Up Classes

With Hybrid and Virtual Classes, we can provide a make-up class for absent employees. With hybrid classes, they can join a make-up class at WestCoast CPR in Shoreline for only $40. For Virtual classes it’s easy, we just book another Zoom meeting!

Safety Training Courses

MOST POPULAR: Blood Borne Pathogens Training. Most of our business customers add blood borne Pathogens training to CPR classes. Any employees educated in first aid that may help others on the job should be educated on blood borne pathogens and potential risks. BBP is also available as a hybrid and virtual class.

SAFETY COURSES: Asbestos Awareness, Contractor Safety Overview, Contractor Safety, Hazardous Communication, Disaster Readiness, Electrical Safety, Exit Routes, Emergency Planning & Fire Protection, Food Safety & Sanitation, Fall Protection Package -Elevated Platforms/ Personal Fall Arrest Systems/ Fall Protection Taking Control, Fire Extinguisher Safety, Hazardous Communication, Hearing Protection, Ladder Safety Practices/ Ladder Safety Taking the Right Steps, Lock Out/ Tag Out, Office Ergonomics/ Stretch & Flex: A Program to Reduce WMSDs, OSHA -Introduction to OSHA, OSHA -Record Keeping, Oxygen -Emergency Oxygen for Patient Care, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Respiratory Protection, Respiratory Fit Testing, Walking and Working Surfaces.

TRAINING TIME: Approximately 20-30 minutes each course. You can add 1 or more courses to your CPR/ First Aid class. To book safety training courses only, please select at least 3 courses for your group. If you need a good place to gather, we can host your team at our training center in Shoreline

COST: Regular rate is $500 per course that covers training for up to 10 people or less. + $50 for each additional person. 

Respirator Fit Testing

Fit Testing services are available at your location. Your employees can wear their own 1/2 Face or Full Face Respirators to be tested with Verifit irritant smoke. WestCoast CPR will provide small, medium and large respirators for sizing purposes. We recommend including Respiratory Protection training course for your employees. The cost is the same as the safety training, $50 per person.

How long are the certifications valid for through WestCoast CPR Training?

All of our American Heart Association recognized certifications, including BLS and Heartsaver CPR/First Aid, are valid for two years from the date of your course completion. We help you stay in compliance by providing digital record-keeping and automated expiration reminders so your team never misses a renewal.

Can we combine different safety training courses with our CPR class in Seattle?

Yes, we specialize in comprehensive safety training packages. Most of our workplace clients in Seattle, WA, choose to add Blood Borne Pathogens or other OSHA-required safety modules to their CPR and First Aid sessions to maximize efficiency and ensure total workplace readiness.

What happens if an employee is absent on the day of our scheduled group training?

We pride ourselves on being a flexible training partner. If a team member misses a hybrid or traditional class, they can easily attend a make-up skills session at our Shoreline facility. For those utilizing our virtual training, we can simply schedule an additional Zoom meeting to ensure everyone gets certified.

Is the 1-Hour Hybrid Class as effective as a traditional 4-hour course?

Absolutely. Our convenient CPR hybrid model uses the same high-quality curriculum as traditional classes but moves the lecture portion online. This allows the in-person time to focus entirely on hands-on skills and real-world scenarios, making the training both faster and more engaging for your employees.

Do you provide all the equipment needed for the Virtual CPR Training kits?

Yes, we ship a complete training kit directly to your business location, which includes a high-tech smart manikin and an AED trainer. The manikin features a feedback system to ensure quality compressions, and we include a pre-paid return label to make the shipping process completely hands-off for you.

Do you offer specialized training for teams that speak Spanish?

Yes, we are committed to inclusive safety training and provide bilingual instructors and materials in Spanish.
